Can it truly be nearly 10 years since the original Year of the Sheep? I had so much fun stitching 108 sheep in the 12 months of that year - I still have sheepie charts in my stash, and I've seen so many new ones, well I have decided that 2021 will again be The Year of the Sheep. Projects gathered so-far and in a folder by my desk are Jordan Prive Histories de Moutons - parts 1-4 the whole sampler, Prarie Schooler 2019 Christmas Santa, Waxing Moon One Sheep Open Sleigh and Silver Creek Samplers, Fleece on Earth.
Rules will be:
- All new charts started in 2021 MUST have a sheep somewhere.
- I will find a design I can stitch on the 21st of each day - to re-create my monthly sampler - (will finish the 2011 one into a wall-hanging before the end of this year!)
- My Temperature SAL will feature sheepies, not houses
- Any projects in rotation not finished before 31.12.20 will be kept in rotation, just may not be in high rotation
- rules will be flexible
If you have any chart suggestions, please leave a comment and I'll follow it up.

A suggestion. Amy Bruecken Designs 'Ewe's Fluffy'. I did this on bright blue fabric with some colour adjustments. It's cute.
